Overview
We believe there's a better way for job candidates to create, manage and distribute their information to prospective employers. While most industries have revolutionized their hiring processes, the career space, in our humble opinion, has been slow to adopt these new standards and harness the true power of the Internet as an efficient communication medium. The little that has been done focuses more on streamlining and expediting employer tasks, doing little (and in some cases compounding the effort for) job candidates. We believe a résumé needs to be more than just an advertisement left-over from the paper résumé of the past. A résumé should be:
While were just starting out and have a lot more to add, we strongly believe that we're headed in the right direction in developing the résumé for the 21st century: the Rézumé, same pronunciation, new spelling.
